Refund Policy

Our desire is to serve you and your organization in the best way possible. We do that by combining incredible service and support for a low price. In this way, we make having a high-end website a reality for the many organizations and businesses we serve. In the process of doing so, we sometimes encounter issues that may not be simple to resolve, resulting in an account cancellation. The following is our official refund policy.

First 24 Hours

If it has been less than 24 hours AND you have not yet had your consultation with a production staff member, you may request a refund of all fees except for domain name registrations. Domain names are purchased within minutes of your order, and may not be refunded under any circumstance. Once the 24 hours have lapsed OR you have had your consultation with a production manager, none of the initial fees paid are refundable. The consultation alone is worth $500.

Post-Consultation Consideration

If the 24 hours have elapsed OR you have already had your consultation, and you still wish to submit your request for a full or partial refund, please contact us immediately. There are occasions where a refund does make sense, and we are willing to negotiate a fair arrangement if all processes have been followed. Not all such requests will result in a refund, but we are open to considering your request. Again, we want to always serve you with integrity and good faith.

Chargebacks and Returned Checks

Returned checks, bank drafts, and chargebacks are assessed a $30 fee if they are returned unpaid for any reason. Chargebacks or non-payment of initial fees after the first 24 hours OR after the initial consultation with a production manager will result in the cancellation of your account and an invoice for $500 for consulting time.

Canceling Your Account

Canceling your account with us is quick and easy. All cancellations must be done through Cancellation Form, accessible from within your Control Panel in the Account Management section. Please allow for one business day after submitting your request for processing of your cancellation. A representative will contact you to finalize your cancellation.

Billing Disputes

For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part. You may also have access to all past and recurring charges made through your account from within your website Control Panel. This information is provided to you 24/7 online.
